How Does Chantix Work?
There are special receptors in the brain which recognize the nicotine inhaled from smoking and tell the brain to release the pleasure-causing drug, dopamine. Chantix Precautions:
Always make sure that you tell your medical practitioner about ALL of the drugs that you are currently taking in order to avoid any potential interactions from occurring. Those who are currently taking asthma medications, insulin and blood thinners should make sure to disclose this to their doctors. Women who are pregnant or nursing as well as those who suffer from liver or kidney disease may not be able to take this drug.
