Viamedic isn’t necessarily in the business of polling procedures or surveys, but we are in the business of customer service. And one of the best ways to ensure that our customers continue to choose Viamedic for their prescription needs is to ask our customers what they think.
So, that’s exactly what we did during a recent six-month survey that was administered on a volunteer basis. Once we reached a total of 650 participants, we tabulated the results.
Let’s just say the results were so incredibly positive that some readers of this article may question its authenticity. Viamedic’s response: we did not hire an outside firm to perform this “non-scientific” study. However, the survey was a very simple one, and the below results are 100-percent authentic.
